Northgate kitchens found thire previous website to be lacking in generating leads, keeping in the traffic whilst also providing engaging content for the users who visit.
We were asked to evaluate the user experience and provide a solution with a newly developed website.
The website focused on user experience and engaging content to keep hold of the websites users. We used the story of Northgate and their key pride areas to create an interesting experience for the users by taking them on a journey of Northgates process. The kitchen areas ellaborated on the high definition, quality and characteristics of each product to allow the users to attach themselves to their 'perfect kitchen'.
Using strong 3D CAD imagery within the website helped to increase the added-value for the websites visuals, we told the story of Northgate through current assets and newly produced assets that included a Commercial Promotional Video.
Similar to the websites concept, we storyboarded, directed and edited the video of 'Northgate Kitchens' to be used on social media channels and as an asset to marketing and advertising for Northgate. The success of the video helped Northgate to increase their social media following from it's non-existent previous follows.
The Promo Video
The commercial promotional video was created with future-proofing in mind. Northgate's history will remain the same and the video can be taken forward and used with future marketing campaigns, giving customers insight into the intricacy of the business.
